This privacy policy applies to Little Dreamers Entertainment. At Little Dreamers entertainment, your privacy and security is important to us. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously. This policy gives you information on how Little Dreamers Entertainment collects, uses and protects data collected by / submitted to us.
This policy has been drafted in accordance with the general data protection regulation and we are registered with the information commissioners office.
By filling out an enquiry form you are supplying us with your data and you are giving permission for us to collect it, process it, store it, use it and in some instances share it and you agree to and understand the following:

We only collect personal data that is voluntarily given to us by you, the customer, through our online enquiry form or over email, text, in person, phonecall or message on social media.

Identity Data including forenames, last name, gender.
Contact Data email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data may include bank account and payment card details.
Special Category Data for example health or medical data.
Transaction Data may include payments made for products and services you have purchased from us, or in relation to payments that we have made to you.
Technical Data may include internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices used to access this Website.
Profile and Usage Data may include enquiries submitted by you, purchases information, feedback and survey responses, and how you use our website, products and services.
We may also collect non-personal data such as Aggregated Data which is data that may be obtained from your personal data, but which does not directly or indirectly identify you. This may include Usage Data detailing how you use our Website and the features and areas that you have interacted with.
Data usage
The information collected could be used:
To coordinate with you to plan the party and inform you the entertainer’s arrival on the day.
To enable us to provide our services to you, to communicate with you and to meet our contractual commitments to you. This may include any of the above forms of data.
To notify you about any changes to our business, such as improvements to our Website or service/product changes, that may affect our service or relationship with you. This may include Identity and Contact data.
To send marketing information such as about goods and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale to you, upcoming events and offers. This may include Identity and Contact data. (see below under ‘marketing’)
Where we need to comply with a legal obligation. This may include Identity, Contact and Transactional data.
Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. This may include all types of data.
We will only use your personal data for a reason other than the purpose for which it was originally obtained if we consider that we need to use it for that other purpose and have a legitimate interest in doing so.
Data storage

Information sharing and disclosure
Little Dreamers Entertainment is committed to protecting your personal information. We aim to ensure that any personal information we obtain and use about you will be held in compliance with the data protection rules.
Your data supplied to us will be used and stored by Eliza Chambers, the owner of Little Dreamers Entertainment and some data (names, phone number and address) will be shared to the entertainer attending your booking so that they can locate the venue and inform you of their arrival on the day of the booking.
Ordinarily we will not disclose your data to third parties outside of Little Dreamers Entertainment without your prior permission.
For our events, if we need to share your data with a third party ie café, hotel, soft play or other that we are collaborating with to produce this event, we will make you aware of this before you book. By booking an event you are giving permission for us to share your data to said third party.
If an incident were to occur at the booking, we can disclose your data if prompted by Competent Authorities Police, Health and Safety Executive, HMRC, Customs & Excise etc for the purpose of prevention or detection of unlawful acts.
Please be advised that we do not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may, on occasion, provide them with Aggregated Data about our Website visitors and customers.
Controlling the use of your data
Where we rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing your data you can revoke or vary that consent at any time. If you do not want us to use your data or want to vary the consent that you have provided you can email us at eliza@littledreamersentertainment.co.uk at any time.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data and while we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, we cannot guarantee the security of data while you are transmitting; any such transmission is at your own risk.

In the event of a data breach we will notify the ICO and you in the event that the breach results in any likelihood of loss or damage to you.
Marketing
Where we collect your data for marketing purposes we will always request your consent, at the point the data is collected, to use your data for that purpose. On our online enquiry form we have a box to tick if the client does not wish to receive marketing information about upcoming events and offers. If they tick this box, we will not send them any other emails unless specifically relating to coordinating their booking.
We will always obtain your prior consent to sharing your personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes. This may be to enable relevant third parties to advise you of products or services that may be of interest to you.
Accuracy
It is important that the data that we hold about you is accurate and up to date. In the event that your data changes please notify us so that we can update our records.
